1. Handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, issues, and service-related questions.
2. Provide accurate product/service information in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
3. Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely follow-up to maintain satisfaction.
4. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
5. Upsell and cross-sell products/services where appropriate.
1. Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred.
2. Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude are required.
Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 /year
