Telesales Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify companies participating in tenders
2. Find the right person to contact within companies
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
4. Understand clients' needs and present the right product
5. Help clients subscribe to relevant tenders
6. Send sample tenders and proposals to clients based on their needs
7. Negotiate deals and close sales
8. Ensure smooth payment process after closing deals

Requirements:

1. Demonstrate previous experience in telesales or business development
2. Exhibit good communication and negotiation skills
3. Show ability to understand client needs
4. Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
5. Display basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
