About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Prospecting to acquire new clients through outbound techniques using social media and networking
2. Perform financial planning sessions to understand client requirements & goals to provide investment solutions across equity, fixed income, property & alternative asset classes
3. Conduct periodic portfolio review sessions with the clients to check if they are on track towards their goals
4. Undergoing Product training sessions and investor calls to evaluate the products
5. Continuously reading about the Economy, markets and asset classes and personal taxation related to Individuals & NRIs

2. Should be working on 6 days a week (Most clients give the meetings on Saturdays)

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 18,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,50,000 - 6,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 50,000 - 1,50,000 /year
