As a website designer, you will be responsible for the maintenance and improvement of our various websites. You will play a crucial role in enhancing user experience, optimizing site performance, and implementing digital marketing strategies.
Key responsibilities:
(a) Website design and development:
1. Designing and developing visually appealing, user-friendly websites for Kompass India Websites and its associated platforms.
2. Ensuring website responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
(b) SEO, SEM & SMO:
1. Implementing SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our websites.
2. Creating and managing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns for targeted advertising.
3. Developing and executing social media optimization (SMO) strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
(c) Email campaigns:
1. Planning, creating, and executing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with existing clients.
2. Monitoring campaign performance and adjusting strategies for maximum effectiveness.
(d) Content creation:
1. Developing high-quality blog posts, articles, and other website content to engage visitors and enhance SEO.
(e) Website maintenance:
1. Regularly update and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner.
(f) Analytics and reporting:
1. Monitoring website traffic and user behavior through analytics tools.
2. Generating reports to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
(g)Collaboration:
1. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing and development, to ensure seamless website functionality.

1. Proven experience in website design and development, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
2. Proficiency in web design tools and technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
3. Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with SEO tools.
4. Familiarity with SEM and PPC advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads).
5. Experience in social media management and SMO techniques.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret website analytics.
9. Prior experience in email marketing and campaign management is a plus.
