About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead integration development and other technical interactions during client implementations.

2. Conduct technical discovery sessions and craft scalable Workfront solutions tailored to customer needs.

3. Partner with cross-functional teams including Pre-Sales Architects, Project Managers, and Implementation Consultants.

4. Develop custom integrations using Workfront Fusion, Dell Boomi, or equivalent iPaaS tools.

5. Provide post-deployment support and resolve integration-related technical issues.

6. Translate integration requirements into functional specifications and solution architecture.

7. Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for technical delivery.

8. Support data migration from legacy systems and ensure integration with enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS).

9. Build strong client relationships and provide technical leadership throughout the customer journey.

10. Deliver high-quality work in a SaaS-based, fast-paced environment with evolving requirements.

Other requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

2. Hands-on experience in software development, integration, or implementation consulting

3. Experience with Workfront Fusion, Dell Boomi, or other iPaaS solutions is highly desired

4. Proficiency in Java, PHP, Python, and web technologies like JavaScript, HTML, CSS

5. Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL

6. Proven experience with enterprise SaaS integrations (ERP, CRM, HCM, etc.)

7. Experience in data migration, analytics, and problem-solving in complex environments

8. Ability to manage multiple tasks and client engagements simultaneously

9. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
