Key responsibilities:

1. Reporting to management and assisting with administrative tasks
2. Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events
3. Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
4. Handling inquiries and sorting mail
5. Keeping track of office supplies and placing orders for replacements

Requirements:

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2. Working knowledge of computer software

We are looking for a welcoming front desk representative to handle all receptionists and clerical duties at our Jaipur Property. You will be the company's 'face' to all visitors.
