Key responsibilities:

1. Develop high-quality, responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
2. Ensure that all web pages and applications are accessible and responsive across various devices and platforms
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop user interfaces and user experiences
4. Debug and troubleshoot issues with existing websites and applications
5. Keep up-to-date with emerging web development trends and technologies
6. Conduct code reviews and participate in continuous improvement of development processes
7. Write clean, well-documented code that adheres to established coding standards
8. Participate in the development of web applications, including testing and deployment
9. Collaborate with other developers and designers to ensure that all projects are delivered on time

Other requirements

2+ years of experience in web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Experience with front-end development frameworks such as React

SEO friendly

Able to write SEO friendly Code

Understanding of web design principles and the ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites and applications

Proficiency in CSS preprocessors such as Sass

Familiarity with version control systems such as Git

Knowledge of web development best practices and the ability to write clean, maintainable code

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 35,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 5%

3. Other incentives: 15%
