Front Office Administrator Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
2. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
3. Maintain office supplies, cleanliness, and overall front-desk organization.
4. Coordinate meeting room bookings and office events.

HR Administration:

1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and onboarding.
2. Maintain employee records and HR databases.
3. Handle employee queries related to policies, attendance, and payroll coordination.
4. Support HR in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and HR regulations.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
2. 1-3 years of experience in HR administration and front-office management.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
5. Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
