We, Meraki Habitats LLP specialize in developing housing complexes. In the last 16 years, we have successfully completed and delivered 8 projects covering an area of approx. 7,00,000 sq.ft of construction area worth 800 crores all across Mumbai. We are developing three luxurious projects in Chembur approx. 11,00,000 sq.ft area. In this role, you will be the face of our company, communicating and interacting with our customers, coordinating with different departments, and providing administrative support. Our ideal candidate will be an organized and highly motivated professional with excellent communication skills.
Key responsibilities:
1. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
2. Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
3. Answer all the customers' questions and address their complaints
4. Answer all incoming calls and redirect them when needed
5. Work on visitor entry
Skills & Requirements:
1. Great interpersonal and communication skills
2. Work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
4. Professional attitude and appearance
5. Customer service attitude
6. Any graduate with good communication skills
7. Fluency in English and Hindi
8. Experience of 2 years in the respective field
