About the job

Key esponsibilities:

1. Greeting clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
2. Assisting clients in finding their way around the office
3. Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs
4. Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans
5. Preparing meetings and training rooms
6. Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary
7. Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks
8. Performing ad-hoc administrative duties
9. Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls
10. Sorting and distributing mail
11. Hiring, managing, and developing the junior administrative team
12. Providing excellent customer service
13. Scheduling appointments

Skill(s) required

Business Analysis Client Relationship English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) MS-Office Operations
Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

Should have proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or a similar role

Should have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Should have hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers)

Should have a professional attitude and appearance

Should have solid written and verbal communication skills

Should have the ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

Should have excellent organizational skills

Should have multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Should have a customer service attitude

Should have a high school degree, additional certification in office management is a plus

Salary
Duration: 1 month
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 25,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 90%

2. Variable component: 10%

Reachvel is looking for a receptionist to be responsible for greeting clients and visitors to our office. You will be in charge of giving clients directions to various parts of the office, contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phones and taking messages, and sorting and distributing mail.
