Should have proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or a similar role
Should have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Should have hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers)
Should have a professional attitude and appearance
Should have solid written and verbal communication skills
Should have the ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Should have excellent organizational skills
Should have multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Should have a customer service attitude
Should have a high school degree, additional certification in office management is a plus
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 90%
2. Variable component: 10%
Reachvel is looking for a receptionist to be responsible for greeting clients and visitors to our office.
