About the job
We are looking for a full-stack developer to produce scalable software solutions. You'll be part of a cross-functional team that's responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

As a full-stack developer, you should be comfortable with both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on being a part of the conceptualization of software with an in-house team and customers
2. Understand requirements and study similar products
3. Make specs for development
4. Work on programming as per the requirement

Key skills:

1. Familiarity with common stacks
2. Knowledge of front-end- ReactJS
3. Knowledge of back-end- Springboot
4. Familiarity with databases MongoDB and UI/UX design
5. Knowledge of microservice design and Kubernetes is a plus
6. Candidates who have done projects on this stack will get a preference
7. Familiarity with Kubernetes, microservices, and containerization will be an added advantage
8. The candidate should be ready to put 100% from day one on live projects

Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: 15,000 - 30,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 3 - 7 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%
