1. Writing clean, well-designed code with proper documentation and comments and experience with Go Language
2. Creating detailed specifications
3. Troubleshooting, testing, and maintaining the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
4. Contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle
5. Developing and deploying new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary
6. Developing, integrating, and deploying REST, RPC, AMQ, etc.
7. Refactoring, optimizing, and improving the existing codebase for maintenance and scale
8. Conveying effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, and schedules along with technical and process issues
9. Coordinating with co-developers and keeping the project manager well informed of the status of development effort and serving as a liaison between development staff and project manager
10. Keeping abreast of new trends and best practices in web development
11. Leading the entire web application development life cycle right from the concept stage to delivery and post-launch support
Requirements:
1. Software engineer with 1+ years of development experience in Go Language preferred
2. Prior experience with a SaaS product will be a plus
3. Should have expertise in Core Go Language and Gin gonic MVC framework
4. Should have strong knowledge of third-party API and web service (REST & SOAP) design, coding, and implementation
5. Should have proficiency in web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, AJAX, XML/JSON
6. Should have the ability to optimize UI and responsiveness
7. Should have good knowledge of relational and flat databases (MySQL & MongoDB), and version control tools such as GitLab are preferable
8. Should have experience in developing and maintaining
9. Should have a disciplined approach to unit testing and quality assurance
10. Should have prior experience in an agile environment
11. Should have strong analytical and proven problem-solving skills
12. Should have the ability to work independently as well as on teams
