Only those candidates can apply who:

2. are from Gurgaon only
1. Understanding of how digital advertising works for artists, labels, and music brands.
2. Certifications in Google Ads & Meta Ads – Google Ads Certification, Meta Blueprint Certification, or any relevant PPC/SEM certification.
3. Hands-on Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) & Google Analytics (GA4)– Ability to track conversions, set up event tracking, and analyze user behavior.
4. Familiarity with Third-Party Ad Networks – Experience working with DSPs, programmatic advertising, and affiliate marketing platforms.
5. Knowledge of Automation & Scripts – Ability to use Google Ads scripts, rules, and automation tools to optimize campaigns.
6. Strong Excel/Google Sheets Skills – Comfortable with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas for campaign analysis.
7. Basic Understanding of SEO & Content Marketing – Awareness of how SEO complements paid search efforts.
8. Creative Mindset for A/B Testing – Experience in testing different creatives, headlines, and audience segments.
9. Experience in Influencer Marketing & PR Campaigns – Understanding of how influencer collaborations impact paid marketing efforts.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,55,000 - 3,10,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,50,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 5,000 - 60,000 /year
