About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Conceptualize and design a wide range of visual materials, including but not limited to logos, brochures, packaging, posters, and advertisements
2. Collaborate with clients & brand consultant to understand project requirements and target audience
3. Stay up-to-date with design trends and gather inspiration to create innovative and engaging designs
4. Select fonts, colors, images, and other graphic elements that enhance the overall design
5. Prepare design files for both digital and print production, ensuring they meet the required specifications
6. Create custom illustrations or icons when necessary
7. Pay close attention to typography to ensure readability and alignment with the design theme
8. Arrange visual elements on a page or screen, considering hierarchy and composition
9. Edit and retouch images to improve quality and integration into designs
10. Contribute to the development and maintenance of our brand identity through consistent design materials
11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including writers, and developers, to ensure project cohesion
12. Meet project deadlines and be open to feedback for revisions
13. Ensure the quality control of design work, including error-checking and layout review
14. Organize and maintain design files and assets for easy retrieval
15. Stay adaptable and embrace new design tools and technologies
16. Uphold ethical standards, including respect for copyright and intellectual property rights
