Graphic Designer And Social Media Specialist Fresher Job

We are seeking a talented and passionate graphic designer who also has experience in social media management. As a graphic designer and social media specialist, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs, animation videos, reels, and social media posts for our clients. Additionally, you will be in charge of maintaining and managing social media pages to enhance brand presence and engagement.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop creative and captivating designs, animation videos, reels, and social media posts that align with client requirements and brand guidelines
2. Collaborate with the content team to create visually appealing and engaging social media content
3. Design graphics for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
4. Create eye-catching and informative social media stories and reels
5. Ensure consistency in branding and design across all social media platforms
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and social media management
7. Maintain and manage social media pages, including scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages
8. Analyze social media metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
9. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective social media campaigns

Skills & Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio of design work
2. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
3. Experience in creating animation videos and reels
4. In-depth understanding of social media platforms and their requirements for design and content
5. Strong creative and visual design skills
6. Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
7. Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
8. Experience in managing social media pages and familiarity with social media management tools
9. Knowledge of current trends in graphic design and social media marketing
10. Degree or certification in graphic design or a related field
