Graphic Designer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize creative designs- brand identity, logo design, packaging, social media designs, and videos for a wide array of media to fit the needs of internal teams & external clients
2. Oversee the design & production of online & offline marketing material to ensure the designs are completed promptly
3. Create concepts that achieve business objectives and effectively tell a story
4. Conceptualize and execute the creative design strategy behind branding & marketing campaigns
5. Design and produce a wide array of media
6. Develop our company s brand to increase brand presence
7. Communicate flawlessly across teams, driving concepts
8. Use knowledge of design software to accomplish these responsibilities

Skills required:

1. Should have experience using designing tools
2. Advance level of designing skills such as typography, color theory, layout skills, etc.
3. Exhibits creativity skills as required to ensure customer satisfaction
4. Strong ethical behavior combined with passion, commitment, and drive for delivering high-quality designs in an efficient manner
5. Languages known: English (writing skills: intermediate, verbal communication: basic)
6. Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
7. Demonstrates a positive attitude
8. Applies a customer satisfaction-oriented approach in his/her daily tasks
9. Ability to balance multiple, often vastly different projects and campaigns
10. Self aware & receptive to receiving and sharing feedback
11. Knowledge of current marketing, branding & advertising trends

Qualification:

1. Degree/diploma course in graphic designing
2. At least 0-2 years of creative design experience in graphic design, editing, animation, and/or producing video
3. A reel and portfolio showcasing your amazing work
4. Knowledge of any of the following software: Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, InDesign or Sketch, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and/or Final Cut Pro
5. Strong grasp of design, motion, color, and typography
