Key responsibilities:

1. Design advertisements, social media posts, e-mailers, and other graphics like brochures, online banners, and offline designs using Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator
2. Study design briefs and determine requirements
3. Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
4. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
5. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Earn certifications in these skills

Learn Adobe Photoshop

Learn Graphic Design

Other requirements

Should have a strong portfolio

Should be familiar with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator and Photoshop)

Should have a keen eye for aesthetics and details

Should have the ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

Previous experience working on social media channels would be preferred

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹30,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,50,000 - 4,50,000 /year
