Key responsibilities:
1. Kid-friendly design: Create visually appealing and child-friendly graphics, illustrations, and animations that align with our content for kids and design language
2. Interactive learning: Collaborate with our content development team to design engaging and interactive learning materials, including games and AI-related products
3. Storytelling: Develop visually compelling stories and characters that captivate young minds and make learning an adventure
4. Branding: Ensure that all design elements adhere to our brand identity guidelines, maintaining a consistent and recognizable visual identity across our products
5. Usability and accessibility: Design with a focus on usability and accessibility to make learning materials inclusive and accessible to children of all abilities
6. Multimedia integration: Integrate multimedia elements, including audio and video, into our educational content to enhance the learning experience
1. A degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field
2. A passion and a deep understanding of the unique design needs for children's educational content
3. Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma
4. Creativity, imagination, and a keen eye for detail
5. Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
6. Ability to adapt to feedback and iterate on designs quickly
7. Experience in EdTech or child-focused design
8. Candidates comfortable with AI design products are a plus
