We are looking for a graphic designer who can work quickly and efficiently to create high-quality designs for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of work and the ability to turn around designs quickly while maintaining a high level of quality. They should also be able to work closely with senior designers to create prototypes and be able to implement designs rapidly.
Key responsibilities:
1. Work closely with senior designers to develop and implement designs quickly and efficiently
2. Create designs for a variety of mediums including digital and print
3. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and meet client expectations
4. Meet with clients and senior designers to discuss design requirements and make necessary adjustments
5. Work closely with the photography team to ensure high-quality images are available for design work
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques
Skills & Requirements:
1. Strong portfolio of work showcasing a variety of design skills
2. Ability to work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality
3. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
4. Knowledge of digital design best practices and web design principles
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills
6. Ability to work collaboratively with other team members

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 10%
