Key responsibilities:

1. Understanding the brief, concept/ ideating, and creating a concept with the help of mood boards, references, and sketches
2. Communicating the idea to the seniors and then executing the design as per the brief
3. Presenting the design with the help of mocks and presentation for the client

Note: Bachelor's in graphic design preferred

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 25,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 85%

2. Variable component: 10%

3. Other incentives: 5%
