Key responsibilities:

1. Work on the technical aspects of design such as color theory, typography, and composition
2. Work to manage their time and prioritize tasks to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
3. Identify potential design problems and come up with creative solutions to overcome them
4. Work effectively with other team members, such as content writers and developers, to ensure cohesive designs are created

Earn certifications in these skills

Learn Adobe Photoshop

Learn Graphic Design

Other requirements

Strong grasp of graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDRAW

Possess a keen eye for detail and an ability to think creatively

Able to come up with unique and effective design concepts

Possess an understanding of technical aspects of design such as color theory, typography, and composition

Possess strong communication skills to be able to understand the needs and to effectively communicate their design ideas

Ability to manage their time and prioritize tasks to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

A strong portfolio that showcases their design skills and ability to complete projects

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
