Graphic Designer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Design Development: Create and develop innovative and impactful designs for various marketing materials, including print and digital media, such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website banners, and email campaigns
2. Branding and Visual Identity: Ensure consistency in visual branding elements, including logos, color schemes, typography, and overall design aesthetics, to maintain a cohesive brand image across all communication channels
3. Creative Conceptualization: Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand project requirements, target audience, and communication objectives. Generate creative ideas and concepts that align with the brand identity and effectively convey the intended message
4. Layout and Composition: Design layouts and compositions that enhance the readability, visual appeal, and usability of materials. Ensure proper alignment, spacing, and proportion of elements to create a harmonious and balanced design
5. Image Editing and Manipulation: Enhance and manipulate images using photo editing software to create high-quality visuals that align with the design concept and project requirements
6. Production and Print Coordination: Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with external vendors to ensure accurate and timely production of marketing collateral; maintain knowledge of printing processes and specifications to optimize the print production workflow
7. Digital Asset Management: Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of digital assets, including graphics, images, and design files. Ensure easy accessibility and proper version control to facilitate efficient design workflow and collaboration
8. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews and proofreading of designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. Address feedback and incorporate necessary changes to deliver high-quality design deliverables
