1. Guiding and advising fellow employees in both the creative process and client management to foster stronger working relationships and solutions (junior designers, interns, etc.)
2. Supervising interns, assigning tasks, creative process, and ensuring on-time delivery of projects
3. Communicating and facilitating the art direction and formatting of design deliverables and producing necessary communications pieces in both print and digital environments for a wide range of clients
4. Collaborating internally as well as conceptualizing and executing creative solutions that can be translated across various media platforms
5. Keeping informed on the latest trends and forecasts
6. Working closely with the creative director (or project lead) to create accurate price estimates and breakdowns while delivering

8. Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
9. Experience with HTML, Word press, and motion graphics is a plus
10. Possess strong conceptual skills, a high-level sense of design, layout, and typography
11. Should be a broad thinker who is able to offer a variety of design solutions
