Key responsibilities:
1. Work with team members and content writers, to ensure a great vision or story is set for the thumbnail, which makes it very informative, appealing, and clickable
2. Post the vision, then, make a high-quality and engaging thumbnail based on the vision, that also matches the visual aesthetics
3. Analyze the feedback given by team leads and create strategies to improve your performance
4. Stay up to date with new strategies and practices for thumbnail creation
Requirements:
1. Posses great thumbnail-making skills (i.e.- telling the story of the entire script through a clickable thumbnail)
2. Knowledge about design elements, color, composition, layouts, upcoming design trends, and so forth
3. Understanding of YouTube market trends and target demographics
4. Experience using image-design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator
5. A very keen and a fast learner
6. 0 3 years of graphic design and thumbnail-making experience in Adobe Photoshop
7. Candidate with knowledge of thumbnails and Adobe Photoshop
