About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on delivering the assigned volume of creative designs within the prescribed deadlines
2. Collaborate with the creative team to develop creative solutions like, brochures, logo designs, flyers and other marketing collaterals and then translate those solutions accordingly
3. Work to be creative and avoid monotonous designs
4. Work to prioritize and manage multiple creative projects within brand guidelines
5. Perform retouching and manipulation of images as per the creative requirements
6. Create design assets including high-quality infographics, videos, illustrations, micro-sites and other design elements
7. Collaborate on design ideas and device blueprints to help communicate marketing messages
8. Help refine existing digital assets
9. Prepare final products including marketing videos, brochures, flyers and interactive customer experience portals

Immediate joiners from Mumbai are preferred

0-1 years of experience

Bachelor's degree or diploma in graphic design or related field, video editing skills and/or relevant degree in video making will be a bonus

Preferred geography of previous work experience: India/Europe/APAC/US

Ability to write and speak fluently in English

Proficient knowledge of all major design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, color grading, image corrections

Other experience preferred: Unreal Engine, Studio Max 3D, Maya, Houdini

Be organized, self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and experiment

Possess attention to detail

Candidate must possess a high level of creativity and must be able to think out of the box

Candidate must be very patient and composed by nature, and must not crack under pressure

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
