We are seeking a motivated and passionate artist to join our company as a graphic designer. As part of our creative team, you will create static and gif assets that can be used across a wide variety of media, including social media, emails, websites, and other emerging media.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conceptualize, create and visualize ideas and designs across various digital platforms
2. Draw rough layouts/wireframes and design accurately
3. Decode the design brief to create high-impact visuals
4. Work with editors and other junior designers to ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards
5. Handle the supervision of printing of packaging material and coordination with vendors for the same
6. Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)
Photography and After Effects are an added benefit
Minimum graduate, design course diploma or degree preferred
Comfortable meeting deadlines and multi-tasking
Hungry to learn and grow and comfortable working in a team
A keen eye for design, colors, and aesthetic
Ability to communicate strongly in Hindi and English
Skills Required: Adobe Photoshop (image editing and GIF), Adobe Illustrator
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
