1. Create visually appealing designs for various mediums including social media and our website
2. Create graphics, illustrations, and other visual elements for our app, website, marketing campaigns, presentations, and other projects
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute visual strategies that align with the company's brand and message
4. Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and software to ensure the company's design work remains fresh and innovative
5. Ensure all designs meet brand standards, legal requirements, and accessibility guidelines
6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
7. Participate in team brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
8. Work collaboratively with the team to develop a consistent visual style across all platforms
Qualifications:
1. Strong portfolio showcasing experience in designing for digital and print media
2. Sound knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma. (At least required)
3. Understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout
4. Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills
6. Ability to work independently, manage projects, and meet tight deadlines
