Graphic Designer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Create visually appealing and compelling designs for social media posts, including images, infographics, illustrations, and animations
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective visual concepts and strategies that align with our brand identity and communication goals
3. Design eye-catching graphics, banners, and advertisements for promotional campaigns and initiatives
4. Stay up-to-date with design trends, social media best practices, and industry standards to continuously improve the quality and impact of our visual content
5. Ensure consistent branding and maintain visual coherence across all social media platforms
6. Work closely with the content team to understand the messaging and tailor designs accordingly
7. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively
8. Incorporate user feedback and iterate on designs to optimize engagement and user experience
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and product, to support their design needs

Requirements:

1. Proven work experience as a graphic designer, preferably with a focus on social media
2. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
3. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and techniques
4. Solid understanding of social media platforms, their specifications, and design requirements
5. Excellent visual design skills, with an eye for typography, color, and layout
6. Ability to translate complex ideas and concepts into visually appealing and easily understandable graphics
7. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
8. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and consistency
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
10. Knowledge of animation and video editing tools is a plus
