We are seeking a talented graphic designer to join our creative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand message to our target audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and be proficient in industry-standard design software.
Key responsibilities:
1. Design and produce various types of graphics, including logos, brochures, packaging, web graphics, social media graphics, and other marketing materials
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design concepts and strategies
3. Create and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing collateral
4. Work to stay up-to-date with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the industry
5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
6. Attend team meetings to present design concepts and receive feedback

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
Proven work experience as a graphic designer or a similar role
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Portfolio of previous work showcasing design skills and creativity
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
