Graphic Designer Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Design a wide range of marketing, business, and digital assets aligned with organizational goals
2. Create content independently, including copywriting, without heavy dependence on other teams
3. Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into engaging visual solutions
4. Conduct domain research to inform design decisions using industry trends and technical concepts
5. Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables
6. Deliver video and motion graphics including reels, explainers, short-form videos, and micro-animations
7. Create social media creatives such as posts, carousels, banners, and thumbnails
8. Design business collateral including pitch decks, case studies, infographics, and newsletters
9. Develop print media including brochures, posters, banners, and standees
10. Produce UI and digital assets including landing pages, UI layouts, logos, and iconography
11. Excel at creative writing and storytelling to craft compelling narratives
12. Demonstrate mastery of typography, color theory, and layout design
13. Apply strong information design and visual communication skills
14. Utilize basic to intermediate animation skills
15. Illustrate concepts effectively where preferred
16. Own projects independently from concept to execution
17. Pay keen attention to detail and aesthetics
18. Maintain a research-driven mindset to adapt designs to new domains
19. Leverage engineering degree or coding exposure to contribute to technical projects
20. Apply experience in SaaS or software tool marketing where applicable
21. Initiate ideas proactively as a self-starter
22. Balance conceptual thinking with flawless execution
23. Manage time, priorities, and deadlines independently
24. Adapt quickly to new domains and challenges
25. Merge storytelling with design to deliver impactful outcomes
26. Use Adobe Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Audition
27. Operate tools like Canva, Figma, CorelDRAW, Final Cut Pro, and Audacity
28. Work with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Word
29. Explore and apply modern design tools to enhance productivity and creativity
