We're searching for a marketing professional to assist in the facilitation and management of our growing marketing initiatives. You'll be in charge of developing a digital marketing strategy that aligns with our corporate objectives. As a growth marketer, you'll make sure our message reaches our target audience so that Trade Brains can enter the next stage of growth.
Key responsibilities:
1. Planning and executing initiatives to reach the target audience through different channels
2. Analyzing marketing data and user feedback to help shape future marketing strategies
3. Providing inputs and feedback to improve the efficacy of marketing activities
4. Working together with other teams across teams to discuss ideas, receive input, and report results
1. Master’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
2. Minimum 1-2 years of prior experience in a similar role
3. Excellent analytical skills to leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to generate creative ideas
4. Exceptional writing and research skills
5. Familiarity with social media channels
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Annual CTC: 3.6 - 4.2 LPA (All fixed)
