Key responsibilities:

1. Visiting schools daily to check equipment installed
2. Installing equipment and software in new schools
3. Providing monthly reports for all equipment checked
4. Responding to any complaints from various clients
5. Coordinating with HO and vendors for any equipment replacement if required
6. Making improvements to existing processes & materials
7. Formatting and working on windows loading
