A. Who will you work with:
1. You'll work with our team of headphone gurus under the counsel of the team leader (you’ll be involved in a lot of customer interactions over calls, emails, and walk-ins at our experience studio)
2. You'll report to and be mentored by the founder & CEO of the Headphone Zone
B. What you'll learn:
1. Customer interactions and deep knowledge of CRM
2. Everything you need to know about high-end personal audio - headphones, earphones, amps, DACs, DAPs (this is key to your performance as a Headphone Guru)
3. You will be working with a small group of headphone gurus working on incoming leads from our website in the form of tickets, calls, and WhatsApp chats
4. We function as a startup with a linear hierarchy, so you get exposure to other teams' work & will be involved in day-to-day business meetings
