The only qualification required for the role of a Headphone Guru is a passion for good sound. The ability to distinguish between good and great sound gets extra brownie points. If you're passionate about audio, or just love talking to people, then helping them out should be very fulfilling for you. You ll find our headphone gurus busy through the day over calls, emails, and walk-ins at our experience studio.
Key responsibilities:
1. Work independently, but in close collaboration with the team
2. Manage product inquiries over email, chat, and on the phone
3. Identify customer s needs and guide them to their perfect headphones
4. Take ownership of tasks and initiative or curiosity for projects that go beyond your role
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities
Meticulous, organized, punctual, expressive, dog lovers, hands-on, motivated, curious, hustlers, solution-oriented, self-driven, and most importantly, discerning music enthusiasts
Have customer interaction experience with the ability to build relationships, understand requirements and give direction
Lives in Mumbai and can travel to Andheri West without burning-out
Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and working on a CRM (that’d be a bonus)
