1. Responding promptly to customer inquiries
2. Maintaining service desk tools and updating customer information
3. Diagnosing and quickly resolving technical problems
4. Resolving product or service problems by clarifying customer's complaints, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
5. Gathering customer feedback to improve the quality of the customer service

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 20,000 /month
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Other incentives: 20%
