About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Proactively promote the banquet venue to generate leads and secure bookings
2. Conduct venue tours and client meetings to understand requirements and present customized packages
3. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase bookings especially during off-season periods
4. Maintain relationships with wedding planners event coordinators and vendors to generate referrals
5. Handle end-to-end client bookings from initial inquiry to final confirmation
6. Ensure proper documentation payment collection and agreement signing for each booking
7. Maintain an updated booking calendar and coordinate with the operations team for smooth execution
8. Schedule and conduct pre-event meetings with clients to finalize event details
9. Collaborate with catering decoration lighting sound and other teams to align with client expectations
10. Supervise setup and teardown of events ensuring the venue is presented to high standards
11. Be present on-site during events to handle last-minute client requests and resolve any issues promptly
12. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain venue hygiene standards
13. Act as the primary point of contact for clients before and during the event
14. Provide a seamless and stress-free experience ensuring customer satisfaction
15. Collect client feedback post-event and maintain a database of reviews and testimonials
16. Prepare weekly and monthly sales and occupancy reports
17. Track revenue targets and work towards achieving monthly sales goals
18. Monitor operational expenses and suggest cost-saving measures without compromising quality
19. Coordinate with accounts for billing and timely payments
20. Supervise banquet staff including waiters housekeeping and coordinators
21. Conduct regular training to ensure staff professionalism and hospitality excellence
22. Maintain staff schedules performance checks and discipline
23. Work closely with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns social media strategies and participate in wedding fairs or exhibitions
24. Suggest offers and packages based on market demand and competition

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 8,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,00,000 - 2,00,000 /year
