Key responsibilities:
1. Greet and check in guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
2. Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
3. Manage reservations and ensure accuracy in booking information.
4. Assist guests with the check-out process and handle payments.
5. Monitor and respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely manner.
6. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
7. Utilize computer systems to input guest information, manage reservations, and generate reports.
