About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Hiring Support: Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
2. Employee Onboarding: Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires, which may include preparing paperwork, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring necessary documentation is completed
3. HR Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintaining employee records, updating databases, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations
4. Benefits Administration: Assisting with employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management - This may involve communicating benefits information to employees, processing enrollment forms, and addressing employee inquiries
5. Employee Relations: Assisting in resolving employee inquiries or issues, providing information on HR policies and procedures, and maintaining positive employee relations
6. Training and Development: Coordinating training sessions or workshops, maintaining training records, and assisting with employee development programs
7. Payroll Support: Assisting in payroll processing, such as maintaining attendance records, verifying timesheets, and addressing payroll-related inquiries
8. Compliance and Policies: Assisting in ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations, and assisting with policy implementation and communication
9. HR Projects and Reporting: Assisting in various HR projects, such as employee surveys, performance evaluations, and HR metrics reporting
10. General Administrative Tasks: Providing general administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies, and handling HR correspondence

Annual CTC breakup:
