2. Support and streamline the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings to conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and making recommendations to hiring managers
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse and highly qualified candidates
4. Manage the candidate experience, ensuring prompt and professional communication throughout the recruitment process, and providing feedback to candidates as appropriate
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and company policies
6. Assist in the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices
7. Harness your mastery of MS Office Suite to create visually appealing presentations, reports, and spreadsheets to support HR initiatives and deliver concise and insightful information to stakeholders.
