About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Understanding the client's requirements and sourcing, and screening profiles from various sources that suit the client's requirements
2. Sourcing/data mining from various Job Portals viz. Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
3. Briefing candidates regarding the job description, company profile, and career perspective
4. Screening applications by conducting the preliminary telephonic interviews
5. Scheduling the interviews for the shortlisted candidates
6. Hiring candidates for all levels of mid-senior management
7. Sending an interview call letter and making sure that the candidates attend the interview
8. Taking the feedback from the candidate regarding the interview

Who can apply:

1. Worked on technical requirements for 0 to 6 months
2. Knowledge of leadership hiring, IT, and operation
3. Knowledge of the LinkedIn portal would be an additional advantage
4. Should have excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Skill(s) required
Earn certifications in these skills
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 14,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 10%

3. Other incentives: 10%
