Worked on technical requirements for 0 to 6 months
Working knowledge of leadership hiring, IT, and operations
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 10%
3. Other incentives: 10%
