Key responsibilities:

1. Working on ESIC & PF creation of employees
2. Handling attendance calculations
3. Processing payrolls
4. Working on planning and designing employees' benefit packages
5. Maintaining a detailed record of the company s employees
6. Administering all the hiring processes of new employees
7. Supervising the day-to-day operations of the human resources department
8. Checking payroll details and resolving any payroll issues
