HR Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies
2. Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates
3. Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms
4. Removing job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled
5. Working on joining and exit formalities of the employees
6. Assisting in the planning of company events
7. Responding to employee s queries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters
8. Organizing employee engagement activities and handling employee grievances
9. Maintaining the attendance record of all the employees
