Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment
2. Design compensation and benefits packages
3. Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
4. Develops, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process
5. Oversee daily operations of the HR department
6. Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Internshala etc)
7. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs

Salary
Duration: 1 month
Salary during probation: ₹11,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

3. Other incentives: 10%
