Key responsibilities:

1. Managing recruitments for various profiles of the organization
2. Working on talent scouting/headhunting
3. Coordinating with various institutes and colleges for internships and placements
4. Drafting emails, proposals, offer letters, appointments, and other required HR documents
5. Working on employee engagements

Required:

1. Commerce, BMS, BBA, or any graduate
