We are looking for an HT to handle recruitment & operations and manage our full-cycle hiring, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. Ultimately, you will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees.
Key responsibilities:
1. Record maintenance, leave enhancement, documentation, and verification
2. Organize employee engagement activities
3. Manage employee relationships
4. Source potential candidates from various online channels
5. Screen incoming resumes and application forms
6. Interview candidates via phone, video, and in-person
7. Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
8. Provide hiring managers and the CEO with shortlists of qualified candidates
9. Send job offer emails and address queries about compensation and other policies
10. Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire
11. Participate in job fairs and conduct campus hiring from different colleges and institutes
12. Act as a consultant to new hires and assist with their onboarding process
Requirements and Skills:
1. Proven work experience as an HR recruiter or in a similar role
2. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases
3. Experience with sourcing techniques
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Tech-savvy and computer literate
6. Looking for immediate joiners or candidates having less than 15-days notice period
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,10,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 10%
3. Other incentives: 10%
