HR Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage and develop an end-to-end recruitment process to hire relevant candidates for the job
2. Understand the job requirements, create JD, and advertise them on multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Hirect, Cuvette, AngelList)
3. Develop multiple sourcing strategies (recruitment agencies, campus drives, training centers, etc.)
4. Participate in the selection process with the hiring managers by taking initial introductory calls and conducting interviews
5. Ensure hiring the right candidates for the job who are culturally and technically fit for the company
6. Handle and ensure the smooth onboarding process of the selected candidates
7. Maintain an active database of all the hirings and pipelines for future hirings
8. Design and develop fair HR policies, compensation, and benefits packages
9. Implement performance review procedures
10. Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
11. Develop strategies to retain qualified employees and keep the turnover rates in check
12. Understand the basics of budgeting and handling finances to maintain the financial dashboard
13. Maintain contact with CA and timely salary transfer

Required:

1. Minimum 1-1.5 years of proven experience as an HR executive, recruiter, or similar roles
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Working knowledge of MS Office with good analytical skills
4. Ability to analyze the data and develop strategic plans
5. Previous experience in working and hiring for an early-stage startup is a plus
6. Qualifications: Bachelor's/Masters in human resources management or relevant field
