About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Managing end-to-end recruitments & selection/employee documentation
2. Working on onboarding & induction
3. Maintaining attendance and payroll management
4. Managing performance appraisals and employee-related programs, etc.
5. Handling grievances
6. Working on exit formalities

This is a work from office job. Our office is in Ecospace Business Park at Newtown Rajarhat, Kolkata.
