About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Work to take care of the onboarding process, draft offer letters, verify submitted documents, create profiles on HRMS, do intro call with a briefing on HR policies, and deliver company assets
2. Manage HR queries from the team on a daily basis
3. Assist with reviewing & analyzing KPIs on a bi-monthly basis
4. Work to review salaries, reimbursements and manage payroll
5. Assist with organizing events for connection building
6. Handle overall strive to achieve employee satisfaction
