1. Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels
2. Understanding role requirements and implementing varied sourcing strategies to generate applicant-based and sourcing profiles from job portals, screening candidates, and conducting walk-in interviews
3. Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility
4. Contacting candidates, following up with candidates, and managing candidates interviews
5. Working to plan and schedule candidates for the selection process and coordinate the interview with the respective department
6. Updating position tracking tools regularly and timely
Required:
1. Proven working experience in recruiting
2. Deep understanding of recruitment processes
3. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software, and candidate databases
4. Strong knowledge of candidate selection methods
5. Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
6. Excellent knowledge of the area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices)
7. Client focus along with relationship-building skills
8. Business acumen and market insight
9. Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
